Vic: Court sets date for ex-AWB execs

Six former executives of wheat exporter AWB .. caught up in the Iraqi kickback scandal
.. will face court in July for their alleged roles.

The Victorian Supreme Court's set aside three days from July 28 for the case to be heard.

The six executives face a fine of up to 200-thousand dollars for each breach .. and
a possible ban from running any corporation.

AWB former chairman TREVOR FLUGGE and former managing director ANDREW LINDBERG are
among the executives charged with breaching the Corporations Act .. following the 126
million dollar scandal.
