Celtic celebration Some think of today as Halloween. The Celts, however, considered Oct. 31 New Year's Eve on their pagan calendar. You can join the ancients in saying good-bye to summer at a concert tonight featuring Phil Coulter in a benefit for the Irish American Heritage Museum. Coulter had a long association with Van Morrison, and his songs have been recorded by Elvis Presley, Cliff Richard, Waylon Jennings and Richard Harris. His talent for crossing musical borders will be on display as he sings pop songs and the Irish classics such as ``The Town I Loved So Well.'' He will be joined by Irish tenor Tommy Fleming.
