Police charged a Troy man with second-degree murder in the stabbing death of 22-year-old Edgar Laboy Saturday morning at the Cohoes Entertainment Complex.
Herbert Flowers, 23, of 109 Hill St., was arrested Wednesday and arraigned in City Court by Judge Caroline Guresz. He was sent to Albany County jail without bail.
The killing occurred around 2:45 a.m. at the 233 Ontario St. club when Laboy, who was originally from Troy and lived more recently on Madison Avenue in Albany, was stabbed following an apparent altercation. He suffered a serious puncture wound to his lower abdomen and died at 10:20 a.m. Saturday …
